| The person shouldn't have to state their reason. It may be personal and so forth.
I also believe that admins shouldn't wait around a week or so before calling someone inactive. At least a month of not being online should be enough notice. The fact that someone hasn't posted doesn't mean that they aren't active, it means they might have writers block or have a lack of imagination.

| If their reason is personal, they can just state Personal. We don't need a full explanation, I get the feeling you don't like us admins Azrael and its not just because we give a damn about the role-play.
Also we don't state people are inactive after a week, you should notice some members have not posted anything other than their biography. As stated in this topic, If you need an EFA please let us know so we can jot it down.

| I was originally going to put 'reason' as optional, I shall do that now. The reason is so basically we can understand why, I guess it's not 100% needed. | |
